Wisconsin was the 17th state to introduce the Healthy Workplace Bill
- In late 2011 (for the legislative session in 2012), Wisconsin has two identical (companion) bills -- AB 364 and SB 277.
- On Nov. 9, 2011, the Rep. Kelda Roys' Healthy Workplace Bill became Assembly Bill 364 with 11 Assembly co-sponsors and 2 Senate co-sponsors. Read the text of the bill. The bill was referred to the Committee on Labor and Workforce Development.
- On Nov. 1, 2011, the Sen. Spencer Coggs' Healthy Workplace Bill became Senate Bill 277 with 2 Senate co-sponsors and 11 Assembly co-sponsors. The bill was referred to the Committee on Labor, Public Safety, and Urban Affairs.
- During Freedom From Workplace Bullies Week in October 2011, Rep. Kelda Roys and Sen. Spencer Coggs announced the introduction of a new version of the Healthy Workplace Bill
- The city of LaCrosse, WI has proclaimed October 16-22, 2011, Freedom From Workplace Bullies Week!

Rep. Kelda Roys introduced AB 894. Assembly co-sponsors were Christine Sinicki and Terese Berceau and Sen. Spencer Cogss. A hearing was held by the Assembly Labor Committee. It was a 90-minute hearing with emotional, powerful testimony from several individuals including State Coordinator Monica Walker and Nat'l. Coord. Gary Namie. There was no vote taken.
