2007
Rep. Gilbert introduced HB 1467. At the end of 2007 Rep. Gilbert "termed out" and no longer represents his district.
2004
Oklahoma was the 2nd state in the U.S. to introduce the anti-bullying Healthy Workplace Bill, HB 2467. It, too, was authored by Rep. Gilbert. That bill was heard by the House Commerce & Labor Committee and voted down.
